Product Overview
Name: Stack CJC 1295 + Ipamorelin
Category: Research Peptide
Purity: ≥98%
Overview
- CJC-1295 Mechanism: A synthetic analog of Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone (GHRH). It is available in two forms: with DAC (Drug Affinity Complex), which extends its half-life to roughly 6–8 days, and without DAC (Modified GRF 1-29), which has a much shorter half-life of about 30 minutes.
- Ipamorelin Mechanism: A selective ghrelin receptor agonist that triggers short pulses of GH release without significantly elevating cortisol or prolactin levels.
- Synergy: Stacking them is theorized to pair CJC-1295’s long-term "background" signal with Ipamorelin’s immediate GH "pulses," potentially creating a more physiological GH pattern.
- Hormonal Response: In human trials, CJC-1295 has been shown to increase mean plasma GH concentrations by 2 to 10-fold and IGF-1 levels by 1.5 to 3-fold for up to 11 days after a single injection
Research Applications
-
- Body Composition: Potential for increased lean muscle mass and reduced visceral fat.
- Recovery: Enhanced cellular repair, improved injury recovery times, and strengthened connective tissue.
- Sleep: Many research participants report deeper, more restorative sleep, particularly during the REM cycle.
- Bone Density: Animal models have shown increased bone mineral content following administratio
